​PRICE PER PAINTER
THE HOST PAINTS FOR FREE by providing the home/venue (1 HOST PER PARTY).
Each painter/guest cost is $45 EACH with a MINIMUM of 6 PAYING PAINTERS.
(1 Host + 6 Guests = 7 painters MINIMUM). The Maximum number of painters is up to the host based on venue capacity.
NO ART EXPERIENCE NEEDED
The design will be drawn on the door hanger and it will be ready for painting. I will walk everyone through the design step by step and I will help whenever needed.

BOOKING/DATE AVAILABILITY
Please message me to inquire about availability of a desired date. I CANNOT HOLD A DATE. ALL DATES ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HOST
The HOST (1 per private party) provides the venue, tables, chairs, floor protection (if needed), food, beverages, music and any other “party” needs. PLEASE TELL ALL YOUR GUESTS TO WEAR A PAINTING SHIRT (I do not currently supply painting aprons).

**I will supply table covers, the wood door hanger to be painted and all the supplies and instruction needed to create it. Decorative Bow/Ribbon is NOT provided due to the rising cost of supplies. I will arrive WITHIN ONE HOUR BEFORE the party starts to set up.

The maximum number of painters/guests is up to the HOST. But PLEASE determine ahead of time how much space will be available in your home or venue to accommodate the painters and let that determine how many people you wish to include.
MAKE SURE THERE IS ENOUGH ROOM FOR PAINTERS TO HAVE ELBOW ROOM AND TO ACCOMMODATE FOR THE PROJECT WITHOUT BEING CROWDED.
(For example - 6-8 ft. rectangle folding table = 4 - 5 painters staggered)
I DO NOT USE EASELS so there will need to be room for each door hanger to lay flat on the table.
DESIGN CHOICE
**YOU CAN CHOOSE A SINGLE DESIGN OR 2 DIFFERENT DESIGNS FOR A "PAINTERS CHOICE" PARTY.**
Everyday and seasonal/holiday designs are available. Consult with me about what you would like and I will send you a selection of designs to choose from (**A custom design can be made for an additional charge. Consult with me for details**).
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
I will prepare and provide a private registration and payment link after a design is chosen. I will send that link to THE HOST who will be able to copy and paste it into an email or text. Inside the link there will be a registration form and payment options page. **Pre-Payment is REQUIRED from each painter to secure the registration. Nothing will be cut and prepped for the party unless it is paid for in advance**.

REFUNDS, RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
NO REFUNDS ACCEPTED - In the event that a registered and paid painter becomes unable to attend the party, that painter will receive their project as a DIY "kit" that will include the wood door hanger with the design on it, a color photo of the project, some general instructions, paint colors depicted in the example photo, and a few brushes. It will be given to the host at the party.

RESCHEDULING A PARTY - If your party needs to be rescheduled, all paid painters will be moved to the new date. If a paid painter can't attend the party on the new date assigned, that painter will receive a DIY kit to paint at home. It will be given to the host the day/night of the party.
PARTY CANCELLATION BY THE HOST - In the event of a COMPLETE CANCELLATION of the party by the HOST (with NO RESCHEDULED DATE), the host will be required to pay $45 to cover the cost of their project and everyone that registered and paid, including the host, will receive their project as a DIY kit to do at home.
PARTY CANCELLATION BY SPUNKINDOODLE- In the RARE event that I become ill or have another issue that renders me unable to keep my commitment to provide service for your party...
• I can work with the host to move the party to another date, transferring all the payments and registrations.
• Or, everyone that has registered and paid can receive their project as a DIY kit to do at home (instead of rescheduling the party)
• IF I HAVE NOT ALREADY CUT AND PREPARED THE PROJECTS, A REFUND MAY BE GIVEN.

GROUP PARTIES - THE HOST(S) PAY FOR EACH PAINTER
(i.e. BIRTHDAY PARTY, GRADUATION PARTY)
A Host will send each invitee the registration link that I will provide. The link sent to the invitees will only contain a registration page and will not contain a payment page. A registration expiration date will be set and each attendee must register by the designated close date. Registration for a seat at the party will close permanently on the specified day.
Once the registration closes, I will send the booking host(s) an invoice for all of the painters that are registered and PAYMENT WILL BE EXPECTED IN FULL before I can begin to prepare anything for the party. Once paid, I will begin preparing each painters project for the party.
PARTY SETUP: PLEASE SEE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HOST AND TABLE LAYOUT SUGGESTIONS ABOVE.
NO REFUNDS FOR ABSENT GUESTS AT GROUP PARTIES - In the event that a registered guest for the party does not show up, the payment for the absent painter WILL NOT be refunded. The host/hosts will receive that painters project to do with as desired.
